Bob Pearson, pilot of the 'Gimli Glider', will talk about that flight at the January 17 meeting of the Montreal Chapter of the Canadian Aviation Historical Society.
Meeting starts at 11:00 AM and is at the Royal Canadian Legion, 365 St. Louis Ave., in Pointe Claire.
Voluntary contribution of $5.00 is requested to cover the light lunch provided.
