Rachel Heide

Rachel Lea Heide is a military historian who has focused on air force topics while doing her BA, MA, and PhD research. In her work for the Department of National Defense, she also writes on a wide variety of present-day and future defense policy issues. Rachel has been a member of the CAHS Ottawa Chapter since 1999, and has been National Treasurer since 2008.
